October 11-13, 2019

25 years

That’s how long we’ve been doing this dang thing. From 1996 to 2020, Moondance has transformed the lives of thousands of students and leaders alike. We’re coming together to celebrate this milestone with camping, music, and food. All former leaders and their families are welcome!

“Our leaders are the heart, soul, hands and feet of our entire operation...”

ACCOMODATIONS

Moondance has private use of Camp Wayfarer between October 11-13, 2019. We will open cabins at camp to house 120-250 people, based on demand.

THE CABINS

If you opt in to stay at camp, you will be staying in screened camp cabins with rustic wooden bunks. Linens, air conditioning, and heating are not provided so sleeping bags (and a pillow) will be a must! Each cabin has one functioning restrooms with a toilet, sink, and shower. Cabin guests will be grouped by staff year (e.g. 2008-2011 in Cabin One, 2012-2015 in Cabin Two, 2016-2019 in Cabin Three, etc.)

COMMUNITY CAMPGROUND

If you would like to stay on camp property but opt out of a bunk in the cabins, you are welcome to BYO-Tent! Don’t have a tent? Moondance will be selling a limited supply of used tents. Interested? You can inquire on the registration form. We will open the Upper Field (the soccer field behind the boy’s bunks) for campers. Though a porta-potty will be provided at the Upper Field for shared use, there is no electricity or running water at the field. Pura vida! Please note, that you will not be able to pull your car up to the field. Moondance can help to transport your gear using one of our rental golf carts. Spaces will be available for ~35 tents.
